Cooking Instruction


Sauté: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add butter or oil (or broth), place shrimp in a single layer (do not overlap). Season if desired, sear for approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side. Cooked shrimp are pink and firm.


Grill: Preheat grill on medium heat. Place shrimp in a bowl, season and add preferred cooking oil then mix until evenly coated. Lightly oil grate. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque.
